The present invention relates to a guide system for guiding at least one movably mounted door leaf, comprising:
at least one guide rail with a longitudinal direction for guiding the at least one door leaf,
at least one carriage which can be connected to the at least one door leaf and which is movably mounted along the first guide rail,
a carrier on which the at least one carriage can be arranged, the carrier being movably mounted in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one guide rail, the carrier being movable in an assembly position into a transfer position in which the carrier is in the longitudinal direction connects to the at least one guide rail so that the carriage can be transferred back and forth between the at least one guide rail and the carrier,
- A locking device by which the carrier is releasably locked in the transfer position, so that movement of the carrier in the direction transverse to the longitudinal direction is prevented or inhibited, the locking device at least one movably mounted locking element for releasable locking between the at least one guide rail and the Has carrier,
- At least one control contour, which is at least partially curved, so that the carriage can be moved at least in sections in the direction transverse to the longitudinal direction during the transfer from the at least one guide rail to the carrier.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a guide system of the type to be described.
In the older, but later published AT 519902 B1, a guide system for moving a door leaf is shown, the guide system having a first guide rail and a second guide rail running transversely to the first guide rail. The door leaf can be moved along the first guide rail by means of a guide carriage, the guide carriage for one / 23
83895-21 / gb
Movement along the transverse second guide rail is transferable to a carrier. This carrier connects in a transfer position in a longitudinal direction of the first guide rail and is releasably locked in the transfer position with the first guide rail. When the guide carriage enters the carrier, the locking between the first guide rail and the carrier can be released, so that the carrier is released for movement along the transverse second guide rail. In the transfer position, the carrier is locked to the first guide rail by a movably mounted locking lever, the guide carriage moving the locking lever into an unlocking position upon entry into the carrier, so that the carrier can be unlocked from the first guide rail. The guide carriage has at least one roller which can be moved along an arcuate control contour of an adapter piece. In this way, the door leaf connected to the guide carriage is steered in the direction of the second guide rail, so that movement of the door leaf in a transition region between the first guide rail and the second guide rail is improved. Difficulties can arise, however, if actuation of the locking lever by the guide carriage with movement of the roller of the guide carriage along the arcuate control contour are not exactly coordinated with one another. This can, for example, result in the locking lever being released from the locking position either too early or too late by the guide carriage, it being possible for the roller of the guide carriage to jam with the arcuate control contour.
The object of the present invention is to provide a guidance system of the type mentioned at the outset while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above.
This is solved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous exemplary embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent patent claims.
According to the invention, it is provided that the at least one movably mounted locking element has at least one support element which can be moved along the at least one control contour.
/ 23
83895-21 / gb
In other words, the locking element has a double function, because on the one hand the locking element is designed for releasable locking between the carrier and the first guide rail and on the other hand the locking element has at least one support element (for example a sliding piece or a rolling element) which is located in a transition area between the first guide rail and the second guide rail can be moved along the arcuate control contour. In this way, a locking and unlocking of the carrier in relation to the first guide rail and a movement of the support element along the control contour are coordinated with one another in an improved time, the risk of the support element jamming with the arcuate control contour being prevented.
The at least one locking element can be movably mounted on the carrier, for example. Alternatively, it is possible to arrange the locking element on the first guide rail or on an adapter piece connected to the first guide rail.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one locking element is mounted such that it can be moved linearly. In this way, the locking element can be arranged in a space-saving manner, and swerving movements of the locking element can be avoided. The direction of the linear displacement movement of the at least one locking element can run essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first guide rail, so that the locking element can be controlled directly by a translatory movement of the carriage.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, at least one energy store can be provided, the support element of the locking element being able to be pressed against the control contour at least in regions by a force of the energy store. Due to the abutment of the support element on the control contour by a force of the energy accumulator, the unlocking between the carrier and the first guide rail, the course of a movement of the locking element in the transition region between the first and second guide rails and / 23
83895-21 / gb
Locking between the carrier and the first guide rail can be controlled precisely and without delay.
The energy accumulator for loading the support element against the control contour can have at least a helical spring. Alternatively, it is possible for the energy accumulator to be formed from a material elasticity of a plastic part.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one support element of the locking element can be rotationally symmetrical, preferably as a roller.

Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 1 with a furniture body 2 and a folding sliding door, which movable door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b. The door leaves 3a, 3b and the door leaves 4a, 4b are each guided by a guide system 5 between a first position in which the door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b are aligned essentially coplanar to one another, and a second position in which the door leaves 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b are aligned essentially parallel to one another, / 23
83895-21 / gb movably mounted. In a second (parallel) position, the door leaves 3a, 3b can be inserted into a side receiving compartment 8a of the furniture body 2, while the door leaves 4a, 4b can be inserted into a further receiving compartment 8b in a position parallel to one another. The mode of operation is explained below with the aid of the door leaves 3a and 3b, the same statements being valid for the door leaves 4a, 4b. The guide system 5 comprises a first guide rail 7 with a longitudinal direction (L), a carriage 6 which can be coupled to the second door leaf 3b being mounted so as to be movable along the first guide rail 7. In an assembly position, the first guide rail 7 is arranged essentially horizontally and parallel to a front edge of the furniture body 2.
Fig. 1 b shows the furniture 1, wherein the door leaves 3a, 3b were moved from the coplanar position shown in Fig. 1 a to an angular position to each other. The first door leaf 3a can, for example, be movably mounted on a support 11 via two or more furniture hinges 10, the support 11 being insertable into the receiving compartment 8a in one direction (Z). In the figure shown, the carrier 11 is in a transfer position, so that the carriage 6 can be transferred back and forth between the first guide rail 7 and the carrier 11. In the transfer position shown, the carrier 11 is releasably locked in relation to the first guide rail 7, the locking of the carrier 11 being releasable by entry of the carriage 6 into or onto the carrier 11. The carrier 11 is designed in the form of an elongated column, the length of which corresponds to at least half the height of the door leaves 3a, 3b. The two door leaves 3a, 3b are connected to one another in an articulated manner via at least one hinge fitting 9 about an axis running vertically in the installed position. The second door leaf 3b is guided such that it can be moved along the first guide rail 7 via the carriage 6.
Fig. 2a shows the furniture 1 with the door leaves 3a and 3b, which are now aligned parallel to each other. The carrier 11 was unlocked by an entry of the carriage 6 from the first guide rail 7, so that the carrier 11 (together with the carriage 6 and the door leaves 3a, 3b) in the direction (Z) along a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first Guide rail 7 extending second guide rail 17 (Fig. 3) of the guide system 5 can be inserted into the receiving compartment 8a.

2b shows the furniture 1 with the door leaves 3a, 3b, which are now in a fully inserted state in the receiving compartment 8a. The door leaves 3a, 3b are thus guided by the guide system 5 starting from a first position according to FIG. 1a, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are aligned essentially coplanar to one another, and a second position according to FIG. 2b, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are aligned essentially parallel to one another and can be accommodated within the accommodating compartment 8a, movably mounted. In this way, for example, a kitchen 12 as shown in FIGS. 2a, 2b can be completely covered, so that the kitchen 12 can be optically separated from a remaining area of a living space. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the receiving compartment 8a is formed by a side wall 13a and a fixed furniture part 13b spaced parallel from the side wall 13a, the door wings 3a, 3b being insertable in a parallel position between the side wall 13a and the fixed furniture part 13b.
3 shows a perspective view of the guide system 5 in the area between the side wall 13a and the fixed furniture part 13b, between which the receiving compartment 8a for receiving the door leaves 3a, 3b is formed. The first guide rail 7 has a longitudinal direction (L) which, in an assembly position, runs parallel to a front edge of the furniture body 2. The second guide rail 17 is arranged on the fixed furniture part 13b with a longitudinal direction (L2), the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 7 and the longitudinal direction (L2) of the second guide rail 17 extending transversely, preferably essentially at right angles, to one another. The carrier 11 is designed for the movable mounting of the at least one door leaf 3a, the door leaf 3a being pivotally mounted on the carrier 11 in an assembled state, for example via two or more furniture hinges 10 (FIG. 1b), about an axis running vertically in the installed position. The carrier 11 has at least one guide device 14, by means of which the carrier 11 can be moved along the second guide rail 17 in the direction (Z) and in a direction opposite to the direction (Z). In the figure shown, the guide device 14 of the carrier 11 has at least one roller 14a, which is movably mounted along a first runway 17a of the second guide rail 17.
/ 23
83895-21 / gb
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the carrier 11 can be releasably locked to the first guide rail 7 via a receiving device 15. The receiving device 15 is designed to receive the carriage 6, so that the carriage 6 can be moved into the receiving device 15 starting from the first guide rail 7. For this purpose, guide grooves 20, 21 can be formed in the first guide rail 7, which extend in the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 7 and which in the transfer position of the receiving device 15 are aligned with corresponding guide grooves 20a, 21a of the receiving device 15. In this way, the rollers 30, 30a (FIG. 8) of the carriage 6 can be moved between the first guide rail 7 and the receiving device 15 without a disturbing abutting edge.
For improved decoupling between the receiving device 15 and the carrier 11 it can be provided that the receiving device 15 has at least one support roller 16 which is separate from the guide device 14 of the carrier 11 and which is movably mounted along the second guide rail 17. It is preferably provided that the second guide rail 17 has a first catwalk 17a and at least one second catwalk 17b separate from the first catwalk 17a, the caster 14a of the guide device 14 along the first catwalk 17a of the second guide rail 17 and the at least one support roller 16 of the receiving device 15 is movably supported along the second catwalk 17b of the second guide rail 17.
When moving along the second guide rail 17 in the direction (Z), the carrier 11 and the receiving device 15 are coupled to one another in a motion-coupled manner, wherein it is preferably provided that the receiving device 15 when moving along the second guide rail 17 in the direction (Z) and are coupled to one another in a direction opposite to the direction (Z) without play. For improved support of the carrier 11, a further guide rail 18 can be provided, along which at least one further roller 19 of the carrier 11 is movably mounted.
The carrier 11 is releasably locked in the transfer position shown in FIG. 3 by a locking device 31, so that a movement of the carrier 11 in / 23
83895-21 / gb the direction (Z) running transverse to the longitudinal direction (L) is prevented or inhibited. The locking device 31 comprises at least one locking element 32, which is mounted, for example, on the carrier 11 in a linearly displaceable manner in the longitudinal direction (L). A control contour 22 can be seen, which is curved at least in sections and through which the carriage 6 can be moved at least in sections in the direction (Z) running transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) during the transfer from the first guide rail 7 to the carrier 11. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the arcuate control contour 22 is arranged or formed on an adapter piece 23, the adapter piece 23 being arranged on an end region of the first guide rail 7. On the locking element 32, a support element 25 (not visible here) (FIG. 4) is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 24, the support element 25 being movable along the control contour 22 from the first guide rail 7 after the carrier 11 has been unlocked. The locking of the carrier 11 for releasing a movement of the carrier 11 in the direction (Z) can be released by an entry of the carriage 6 into or onto the carrier 11. For this purpose, the carriage 6 has a stop 26 which cooperates with a counter stop 27 of the locking element 32, as a result of which the locking element 32 is moved away from the first guide rail 7 against a force of an energy accumulator 28 (FIG. 8) along a linear guide 29 of the carrier 11.
4 shows a top view of the guide system 5, the first guide rail 7 and the second guide rail 17 running at right angles to the first guide rail 7 being shown. At an end region of the first guide rail 7, the adapter piece 23 connects with the arcuate control contour 22 arranged thereon. The carrier 11 is releasably locked in the transfer position shown by the linearly displaceable locking element 32, so that movement of the carrier 11 in the direction (Z) is prevented or inhibited. The locking element 32 has at least one support element 25 which is mounted on the locking element 32 so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation 24. Instead of a rotatably mounted support element 25, a slider can also be provided, which can be slidably supported along the control contour 22. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the carrier 11 is locked because the support element 25 lies loosely against a section of the control contour 22 running in the longitudinal direction (L), as a result of which movement of the carrier 11 in the direction (Z) is inhibited. The articulated with the furniture part 3b / 23
83895-21 / gb connected carriage 6 has a plurality of rollers 30, 30a, which can be moved in the longitudinal direction (L) along the first guide rail 7. The stop 26 of the carriage 6 and the counter-stop 27 of the locking element 32 can be seen, the stop 26 and the counter-stop 27 being spaced apart in the figure shown.
5 shows the guide system 5 in a top view in a further position of the carriage 6. It can be seen here that the stop 26 of the carriage 6 strikes the counter stop 27 of the locking element 32. Due to the interaction of the stop 26 with the counter-stop 27, the locking element 32 is moved away from the first guide rail 7 against a force of the force accumulator 28 in the longitudinal direction (L) along the linear guide 29 of the carrier 11.
6 shows the guide system 5 in a plan view in a further position of the carriage 6. The locking element 32 is displaced by the interaction of the stop 26 with the counter-stop 27 along the linear guide 29 of the carrier 11 against a force of the force accumulator 28, the support element 25 rotates in the form of a rolling element about the axis of rotation 24 and can be moved on the arcuate control contour 22. As soon as the support element 25 has reached an apex of the control contour 22, the carrier 11 (together with the carriage 6 mounted thereon) is released for movement in the direction (Z).
7 shows a top view of the guide system 5 in a further position of the carriage 6. The support element 25 has now left the apex of the control contour 22 behind, so that the carrier 11 together with the carriage 6 (and the two furniture parts 3a, 3b) is movable in the direction (Z). The second guide rail 17 has at least one further catwalk 17c, which extends at least in sections in the direction (Z) and which directly adjoins the at least one control contour 22, the support element 25 of the locking element 32 when the carrier 11 moves transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) running direction (Z) along the further catwalk 17c of the second guide rail 17 is movable. In this way, the support element 25 of the locking element 32 is without a disturbing abutting edge between the / 23rd
83895-21 / gb
Control contour 22 of the adapter piece 23 and the further catwalk 17c of the second guide rail 17 can be moved. Starting from the position of the carrier 11 shown in FIG. 7, the two furniture parts 3a, 3b can be pushed into the receiving compartment 8a up to the retracted end position (FIG. 2a, FIG. 2b).
8 shows the guidance system 5 in an exploded view. The first guide rail 7, which is only partially shown, has a longitudinal direction (L) which, when the guide system 5 is in an installed position, runs essentially at right angles to the longitudinal direction (L2) of the second guide rail 17. The carriage 6 to be connected to the door leaf 3b can be moved along the first guide rail 7 and has a plurality of rollers 30, 30a with axes of rotation which run horizontally and vertically in the installed position. At one end of the first guide rail 7 there is an adapter piece 23 separate from the first guide rail 7, on which the arcuate control contour 22 is arranged or formed. The support 11, which is only partially shown, is to be connected to the door leaf 3a by two or more furniture hinges 10 (FIG. 1b). The carrier 11 has a plurality of rollers 14a, 19 spaced apart from one another in a vertical direction, the roller 14a on the first runway 17a of the second guide rail 17 and the roller 19 being movable along the further guide rail 18. The carrier 11 also includes the receiving device 15, on which the carriage 6 can be arranged. The receiving device 15 of the carrier 11 can be releasably locked by the locking device 31, so that movement of the carrier 11 in the transfer position in the direction (Z) is prevented. The receiving device 15 has at least one support roller 16 which can be moved along the second catwalk 17b of the second guide rail 17. The locking element 32 is slidably mounted along a linear guide 29 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction (L) of the first guide rail 7, the supporting element 25 being movable along the control cam 22. By means of a force of the energy accumulator 28, which in the exemplary embodiment shown has at least one tension spring designed as a helical spring, the support element 25 can be pressed at least in regions against the control contour 22.
